What You’ll Do
- Deliver exceptional nursing care in accordance with Illinois scope of practice and facility policies.
- Assess residents’ health and communicate changes promptly to the care team.
- Oversee CNAs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the provider.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident records.
- Participate in admissions, care planning, and resident/family communication.
- Promote safety and follow all infection prevention practices.
- Provide compassionate support for residents and families, including end-of-life care.
What We’re Looking For
- Current, active RN OR LPN license in Illinois.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-focused attitude.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.
